Description of Service

Meng is a mobile application that provides AI-powered dream interpretation and visualization services. Features include:

• AI-generated dream interpretations
• AI-generated dream visualizations
• Semantic search across your dreams
• Personalized dream insights

User Accounts

To use Meng, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or rights of others

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Meng, including dream entries, journal entries, and any other personal content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Create backups for data protection purposes

We will never share your personal dream content with other users or use it for advertising purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Meng uses artificial intelligence to generate dream interpretations and visualizations. You acknowledge that:

• AI interpretations are for entertainment and personal reflection only
• AI-generated content should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice
• AI outputs may sometimes be inaccurate or inappropriate
• You should consult qualified professionals for mental health concerns

Subscriptions and Payments

Meng offers subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies
• Prices may change with notice

Intellectual Property

The Meng app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by SigPulse, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimers

Meng is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI interpretations will be accurate or meaningful
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Meng is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please seek help from qualified professionals.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigPulse, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Meng.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Meng after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
